The Painter is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior painting needs
of the school district's facilities. This role involves preparing surfaces,
selecting appropriate paints, and applying paint to various surfaces within school buildings
to ensure a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment conducive to learning.
Performs other duties or tasks that may be assigned by the director or administrator.
Apprentice knowledge of the basic trades of carpentry, masonry plumbing and electricity preferred.
Salary : 13 step salary guide (salary commensurate with experience)
Position is non-tenure and subject to annual reappointment
