New England Orthopedic Surgeons (NEOS), a leading physician-owned orthopedic practice based in Springfield, MA, is currently seeking a skilled and patient-focused Medical Assistant to join our clinical team. What You'll Do:
  • Assist providers with patient exams, procedures, and daily clinic flow
  • Take vital signs, prepare injections, and provide patient instructions
  • Document patient information in EMR according to protocol
  • Schedule appointments, manage calls, and triage patient messages
  • Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and support general clinic operations
What We're Looking For:
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting (orthopedic experience preferred)
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and routine clinical procedures
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Must be able to relocate to Springfield, MA 01107 prior to start
Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
  • Day shifts (8-hour)
  • No nights or weekends
