What You'll Do:
- Assist providers with patient exams, procedures, and daily clinic flow
- Take vital signs, prepare injections, and provide patient instructions
- Document patient information in EMR according to protocol
- Schedule appointments, manage calls, and triage patient messages
- Maintain clean, stocked exam rooms and support general clinic operations
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting (orthopedic experience preferred)
- Familiarity with EMR systems and routine clinical procedures
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Must be able to relocate to Springfield, MA 01107 prior to start
- Monday to Friday
- Day shifts (8-hour)
- No nights or weekends
