Job Title: Housekeeper
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in residential settings, ensuring a welcoming and hygienic environment for all occupants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
- Ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained, including restrooms, kitchens, and common areas
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines
- Assist with laundry and linen services as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest requests promptly
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed
- Serve meals with the team each day, a nice break from regular duties
