Job Title: Specialty Services Tech

Reports to: Night Operations Manager, Operations Department

Preferred: Minimum 1 year of janitorial and/or floor care experience

n

Minimum: 1 year of hard surface and carpet care cleaning experience

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 5PM to 12AM Midnight additional hours and or weekend hours may be required on occasion.

Position Summary:

n

The Specialty Services Tech is responsible for providing consistent and effective service comprising of hard surface floor care, carpet care, window cleaning, general cleaning and post construction services, ground maintenance and lighting as assigned by the Specialty Service Manager.

Floor Technician Requirements and Qualifications

  1. High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
    2. n
  2. Prior cleaning or janitorial experience required
    3. n
  3. Valid driver's license
    4. n
  4. Physical stamina
    5. n
  5. Attention to detail
    6. n

General Responsibilities

Perform daily, routine, periodic and emergency janitorial services as directed by Account Supervisors, Site leads and or Area Manager with assigned areas and or facilities. Services include, but are not limited to:

    n
  1. General surface wet and dry cleaning
    2. n
  2. Sweep interior /exterior surfaces
    3. n
  3. Wet and/or dry moping
    4. n
  4. Vacuum carpeted and hard surface flooring
    5. n
  5. Clean restroom fixtures and surfaces
    6. n
  6. Dust of horizontal and vertical surfaces
    7. n
  7. Wet clean, dust glass surfaces and frames
    8. n
  8. Empty trash receptacles
    9. n
  9. Collecting/removal of recycle items
    10. n
  10. Police interior/exterior areas
    11. n
  11. Sweep and mop floors
    12. n
  12. Assist with striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces
    13. n
  13. Clean or shampoo carpets
    14. n
  14. Perform light window and wall cleaning duties
    15. n
  15. Maintain equipment and supplies
    16. n
  16. Follow workplace safety standardsn
