We’re seeking a highly experienced and dependable
Videographer
to help capture powerful, brand-name-aligned video content for a high-performing, visionary CEO leading an international, mission-driven organization. You’ll be responsible for documenting transformational moments across live events, workshops, and behind-the-scenes brand moments ensuring the emotional and visual quality of the footage meets the highest standards. This is a role for a self-managed creative professional with excellent camera skills, a strong sense of storytelling, and the ability to move quickly while maintaining quality and discretion. Note:
This role is exclusively for
video capture and on-location production
processes. Key Responsibilities Capture professional-grade footage during key events, workshops, and brand experiences Operate and manage your own camera, lighting, and audio equipment with technical and creative excellence Collaborate with the brand team to align shoot plans with the vision and content strategy Ensure all footage is delivered in an organized, editable format, ready for post-production Travel as needed to shoot on-location across the U.S. and abroad (travel expenses covered) Exercise professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, especially during private or high-profile filming Requirements 5+ years of professional videography experience , ideally including live events, speaker sessions, and lifestyle/documentary-style capture Demonstrated ability to shoot in fast-paced, unpredictable environments with minimal oversight Must own or have access to
professional camera and audio equipment
(DSLR/mirrorless or cinema-grade, lavalier mics, lighting gear. Strong knowledge of composition, audio, lighting setups, and camera movement Highly organized with excellent communication and logistical coordination skills Ability to meet deadlines and deliver raw footage in structured folders for editors Ideal Candidate You’re passionate about authentic storytelling and capturing moments that matter You are self-directed, proactive, and calm under pressure You thrive in environments that demand both creativity and high performance You carry yourself with integrity and respect You’re committed to excellence and the bigger mission behind the content FLSA Classification This role is classified as
“Exempt – Independent Contractor (1099)”
under U.S. FLSA guidelines. It is not eligible for overtime pay or employee benefits. A contract agreement will outline scope and compensation prior to onboarding.
