- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting)
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment, following infection control protocols
- Respond to emergency codes and ensure resident safety
- Active CNA certification in Massachusetts
- 1-2 years of experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
- Availability for overnight weekend shifts (Friday - Sunday, 11 PM - 7 AM)
- Dementia Care Training (Training available if needed)
- Familiarity with Meditech or similar EHR systems
