Your Role:

• Support residents with daily living tasks, offering respect and empathy every step of the way
• Be a reliable presence that residents and families can count on
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Collaborate with nurses and other team members to provide exceptional care

What We're Looking For:

• Active CNA certification in New Jersey (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Compassionate, dependable, and ready to make a difference
• Experience in long-term care is a plus - but if you're new and passionate, we'll support you
