nPosition Description:
nWe are seeking an experienced Software Architect/Engineer/Developer to support various Momentum® initiatives. You’ll be joining the National Security and Justice (NSJ) business unit (BU) that supports the mission of U.S. security and law enforcement. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Momentum applications and modules, integrating Momentum with other systems, and deploying solutions that meet the needs of our client.
nYour future duties and responsibilities:
nApplication Development: Develop and maintain new and existing applications. Whether troubleshooting a software defect, enhancing an existing application or developing a new solution, you should be able to dig into frameworks and libraries to deliver coherent solutions in line with the overall architecture of the application landscape.
nAs a member of a high-performing multi-site agile team, you must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, time-management, and interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills are a must.
nCore working hours are 9am-5pm EST.
nHybrid in-office/remote position with some travel as needed (e.g., for badging/renewals).
nRequired qualifications to be successful in this role:
nAn agency clearance is required to begin working with our client, and the clearance must be maintained throughout the project duration. Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearance requirements, US citizenship is required.
nBasic Qualifications:
nKnowledge of Momentum Financials/Acquisitions
n6+ years of relevant experience
nAcademic background in computer science, computer engineering or a similar major with extensive computer-based or technical content
nExperience with Java, C++, Visual Studio 2010 to 2015
nAbility to bring projects to completion in a timely manner
nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills
nAbility to learn and understand the nature of business
nAble to communicate effectively with non-technical staff and with members of interdisciplinary teams.
nAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
nAbility to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
nDesired qualifications/non-essential skills required:
nHTML, Javascript, JQuery, Bootstrap
nJIRA experience
nERP software experience
nAPI
nFamiliarity with SOAP/REST

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,300.00 - $195,200.00.
