Represent emerging growth companies and institutional investors in venture capital financings Advise on M&A transactions and corporate matters for emerging growth companies Draft and negotiate corporate documents such as investment agreements and governance documents Collaborate with colleagues and clients to manage transactions and deliver solutions Requirements:
Licensed to practice in California Minimum of 5 years' experience in venture capital, emerging growth, and M&A Experience at an AmLaw 100 law firm preferred Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills Attention to detail, organizational skills, business judgment Ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-paced environment Proven problem-solving and influencing skills Effective verbal and written communication with clients and colleagues Ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines Maintain positive relationships and compliance with firm policies Manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally ranked law school Benefits:
