Are you a compassionate and dedicated CNA looking for flexibility in your schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact?
We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Georgia hospice care team. This role offers you the freedom to create your own schedule as you provide care and support to patients and families during some of their most challenging times.
Seeking patient coverage for territory within and surrounding the following counties: Dekalb, Rockdale, Newton, Gwinnett, Walton. Subject to change based on patient needs and caseload.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, mobility, and meals.
  • Support patients emotionally by listening, offering encouragement, and being a steady presence.
  • Clinically monitor, obtain vitals, and report changes in patients' conditions to the supervising RN.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and attend regular in-service training (at least 12 hours annually).
  • Attend biweekly group (IDT, Interdisciplinary Team) meetings to review, assess and report on current care plans, developing plans of care with all members of the patient's care team.
  • Provide light housekeeping and assist with essential errands when no additional resources are available.
Qualifications:
  • Required: Active CNA certification and completion of an approved training program.
  • Required: Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance.
  • Preferred: Minimal 2 years of recent experience in patient care or healthcare.

Location and Office:
Our office is based in Snellville, GA for support, team meetings, and resources. We are only reviewing applications for serious applicants that currently reside within the state of GA.
