Position Overview MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Strategic Growth and Capture to lead large-scale efforts across Federal and SLED markets. This role involves shaping strategies, building relationships, and delivering competitive solutions aligned with MCI's goals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in managing capture efforts in both sectors. Key Responsibilities

Lead capture efforts in Federal and SLED markets, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Develop and implement capture strategies tailored to procurement environments. Advise senior leadership with insights into market trends and competitor analysis. Build relationships with stakeholders, partners, and government clients. Oversee long-term and short-term capture efforts, coordinating teams for execution. Analyze market dynamics to identify opportunities and threats. Create win strategies and value propositions to demonstrate MCI’s edge. Support pricing strategies with market data and insights. Manage teaming agreements, NDAs, and resource allocation. Collaborate with recruiting and operations for key personnel and resource alignment. Ensure high-quality responses to RFIs, RFPs, and other solicitations. Candidate Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred. At least 12 years of experience in capture management or business development, in Federal and SLED markets. Deep understanding of procurement processes in both sectors. Experience with Federal agencies such as Treasury, SEC, Education, Commerce, etc., and SLED agencies. Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant tools. Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SLED procurement platforms. Success in capturing business in both sectors. Ability to adapt strategies for diverse customer needs. Experience fostering team collaboration and innovation.
