- Oversee the customer accounts and daily operations.
- Generate and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Find insurance solutions based on customers unique circumstances and needs
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
