We are seeking a reliable and adaptable General Cleaner - Floater to join our facilities team. This on-call position is ideal for someone with a flexible schedule who can fill in at various sites and shifts on short notice. The Floater will provide cleaning and janitorial support in a specific region when needed to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across multiple locations.

Requirements
- Prior experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning preferred but not required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various locations
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks (standing, bending, lifting up to 30 lbs)
- Dependable and punctual
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
