Senior HR Business Partner
who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact on a lean and collaborative HR team. About the Role: Reporting to the SVP of HR, this is a
high-visibility opportunity
to support leadership and drive strategic HR initiatives across the business, supporting approximately 400 employees. This contract role has strong potential to convert to full-time for the right fit. Key Responsibilities: Lead performance management and partner with leadership on feedback and evaluation cycles Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, engagement, and workforce planning Drive key HR projects and initiatives, including training, vendor research, and process improvements Support dynamic teams across Sales, Engineering, and Product in a high-growth, evolving environment Champion company culture and support inclusive, people-first initiatives Ideal Candidate: 5+ years in an HR Business Partner role, ideally within SaaS or a high-growth setting Strategic, hands-on, and adaptable—comfortable wearing multiple hats Confident presence with the ability to influence at all levels Experience with fast-paced, dynamic, and technical environments preferred Email your resume to
