Description
The Leidos Mid-Atlantic Depot is on the lookout for a talented Business Solutions Developer to innovate and execute comprehensive business solutions utilizing the Microsoft Power Platform. This role calls for advanced skills in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI. As a vital team member, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to design scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications, reports, and portals that enhance operational effectiveness and facilitate informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and sustain custom applications using Power Apps (both Canvas and Model-driven) integrated with Dataverse.
- Develop and implement automated workflows with Power Automate.
- Craft engaging and interactive dashboards and reports with Power BI.
- Establish and manage Dataverse data models, tables, and relationships.
- Seamlessly integrate solutions across Microsoft 365 and other enterprise systems as necessary.
- Enforce governance, security roles, and best practices across all components of the Power Platform.
- Document technical specifications, workflows, and user support materials.
- Offer comprehensive end-user support and training on Power Platform solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- US citizenship is mandatory.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing solutions using all primary components of the Microsoft Power Platform.
- Solid knowledge of Dataverse architecture, data modeling, and security protocols.
- Familiarity with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) within Power Platform ecosystems.
- Proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) for access management and security.
- Understanding of Microsoft 365 integration (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Equivalent hands-on experience developing solutions with the Power Platform is acceptable.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Power FX, JavaScript, custom connectors, or Azure services.
- Prior experience in building Power Pages portals or comparable web-based front-end solutions.
- Possession of Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) is advantageous.
- An advanced degree in a technical or business field is a plus.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $67,600.00 - $122,200.00
