This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic sales leader with a proven track record in aortic device sales. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all sales activities within the assigned territory, including strategic planning, product launches, and field sales operations. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share for the aortic product portfolio. Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and achievement. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as vascular surgeons, interventional radiologists, hospital administrators, and channel partners. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging deep knowledge of the aortic device market and competitive landscape. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, R&D) to support commercialization efforts and ensure customer satisfaction. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus. Minimum 7 years of medical device sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role focused on aortic or vascular devices. Demonstrated success in achieving sales growth and launching new products in the aortic segment. Deep clinical and technical understanding of aortic therapies and the needs of vascular specialists. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable strategies.
