We're looking for a kind and enthusiastic Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP) to join our team and make a real difference at our Intermediate Care Facility (ICF). Your responsibilities: - Ensure we're following all the right policies and regulations to provide the best care possible. - Lead the way in coordinating our active treatment programs, working hand-in-hand with our amazing interdisciplinary team. - Create personalized service plans (ISPs) that focus on the individual needs of each resident. - Manage both internal and external services, offering consultations to residents when needed. - Supervise our fantastic programming staff, fostering a warm and collaborative environment. - Oversee CNA interactions, encouraging positive and supportive connections between staff and clients throughout all programming activities. Schedule: Monday-Friday 11am-7pm Requirements:
Is this you? - A bachelor's degree in a related field (like social work, psychology, or rehabilitation).- One year experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.- At least one year of supervisor and/or leadership experience preferred- Strong communication and leadership skills that bring people together.- A genuine love for teamwork and collaboration with diverse professionals.- Familiarity with the industry regulations and best practices.
