About the Role: Client is seeking a Client Service Associate who thrives on building trust, delivering exceptional service, and creating operational excellence behind the scenes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats-from client onboarding to managing office logistics-while supporting the financial advising team and providing a stellar client experience. Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a warm and professional first point of contact for client inquiries and phone calls Build and maintain trusted relationships with clients Schedule meetings, manage confirmations, and keep client records current Coordinate and manage new client onboarding Provide support for client technology needs and troubleshoot issues as needed Maintain documentation related to client accounts and financial reporting Create detailed financial and statistical reports using Excel Process incoming mail and checks in a secure, accurate manner Track and document activity within Redtail CRM Organize and scan client files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality Maintain procedural documentation and ensure easy access to research tools used by advisors Support day-to-day office operations: phones, tech inventory, supplies, security, credit cards, parking, and travel logistics Lead onboarding and training for new team members Take on special projects and assist with other responsibilities as needed What You Bring:

A client-first mindset and exceptional interpersonal skills High attention to detail and strong organizational ability Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technologies Experience with Redtail CRM (or willingness to learn) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in financial services, operations, or client service preferred Why Join Us:
