Hybrid schedule! 2 days in office, 3 days remote! LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a confidential client handling complex, high-volume litigation. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic legal team working on impactful cases involving asbestos, toxic torts, mass torts, class actions, product liability, or personal injury. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in one or more of these areas, on either the plaintiff or defense side. This role is ideal for a litigation paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has a strong understanding of case management from intake through trial preparation. Key Responsibilities: Assist attorneys with all phases of litigation, including case intake, discovery, trial preparation, and post-trial support
Draft and file pleadings, motions, subpoenas, and discovery documents
Organize and manage large volumes of case files, medical records, and deposition transcripts
Coordinate with clients, experts, and witnesses to gather and prepare case materials
Maintain litigation calendars, track deadlines, and manage court filings
Support trial teams with exhibit preparation, trial binders, and courtroom logistics
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience in asbestos, toxic tort, mass tort, class action, product liability, or personal injury cases
Strong knowledge of litigation procedures, court rules, and e-filing systems
Proficiency in legal software and document management tools
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred Experience: Experience supporting large-scale litigation or multidistrict litigation (MDL)
Familiarity with medical record review and expert coordination
Paralegal certificate or relevant legal training is a plus

Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Pay Details:
$60,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
