Job Title: Software Engineer (Level 4) Location: Remote Type: 04+ Contract (Potential for Conversion to Full-time) Work Hours: 40 hours/week with occasional after-hours or weekend support/on-call duties

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer (Level 4) with strong backend development experience in Golang, a solid understanding of AWS services, and exposure to frontend development using React. This role also requires hands-on experience with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and general familiarity with data pipeline tools like Airflow. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with an on-call support rotation, possess knowledge of crypto-related transaction models, and have experience in a fast-paced, compliance-sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang (3+ years). Develop and maintain frontend components using React (12 years). Build and manage messaging systems using SQS and other AWS services. Work with Airflow for orchestrating data workflows. Utilize databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL, Snowflake, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch. Support screening models related to customer and transaction data. Participate in the on-call rotation for production support, including availability during off-hours/weekends when necessary. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure scalability, security, and performance. Contribute to a culture of compliance and security, especially in the context of crypto assets and transactions.
