Overview Haas Development & Construction is seeking a skilled and experienced Bags-On Site Superintendent to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various carpentry techniques and construction practices, with a focus on delivering high-quality craftsmanship. This role requires expertise in residential construction, ensuring that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Only experienced construction/carpentry candidates please! At least 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities Perform advanced carpentry tasks including but not limited to doors, molding, light framing, cabinet installation, and other common residential carpentry tasks. Execute mold remediation and water damage restoration projects with precision and care. Conduct electrical work as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Apply caulking and other finishing techniques to enhance the durability and aesthetics of completed projects. Collaborate with project managers to develop accurate construction estimates based on schematics and project specifications. Restore structures to their original condition while adhering to quality standards. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following all safety protocols during construction activities. Mentor junior carpenters, providing guidance on best practices and techniques in the field. Expected to oversee 3-5 jobs simultaneously

Qualifications Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Strong attention to detail with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
