Inbound Logistics & Customer Accounts Specialist
to manage inbound freight tracking, vendor communication, and client delivery commitments. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to communicate effectively, and a proactive approach to resolving logistics and documentation challenges. This role requires coordination across carriers, hubs, and internal teams to ensure service gaps are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Track, validate, and document inbound deliveries from vendors and carriers. Identify and resolve freight issues before they impact client deliveries. Communicate with carrier partners, hubs, and client teams to provide timely updates. Manage a shared inbox and handle time-sensitive escalations. Support and lead special projects to reduce inbound failures and improve communication. Create and update SOPs for better process alignment. Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on proactive resolution. Preferred Experience:
Logistics, freight, or supply chain coordination experience. Familiarity with inbound freight tracking systems and carrier processes.
