TEKsystems is looking for qualified candidates for an exciting entry level REMOTE Customer Service Representative
opportunity with a reputable health insurance institution!
Job Description:
Responsible for delivering the highest level of customer service
Taking inbound calls from customers and members
Assist with account management tasks such as password resets, account creation, uploading documents
Verify eligibility for insurance coverages and review healthcare options
Administrative duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
Problem solver: ability to find creative solutions to any and all inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
Quick learner: ability become an expert regarding knowledge on company products, services, and offerings
Adaptable: ability to be flexible through operational changes/program updates
Good communicator: ability to provide well-rounded responses to questions, ability to elaborate on their understanding of policies and procedures, and ability to display professionalism and respect while doing so
Must be able to provide reliable high speed internet (35mbps download speed or better)
1-3 Years Remote Call Center or Relevant Customer Service Experience
Schedule: Monday - Friday shifts between 7:45am - 8:15pm EST

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
