Full Time,Day Shift
8 hour shifts between 6:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. Mon - Friday. Rotation of weekend hours in the future.
Performs various job duties related to Patient Access responsibilities. Provides leadership for PSRs while working as a team player. Monitors productivity.
Requirements:
Must be able to type 35 wpm
High school graduate or equivalent
Major Responsibilities:
Performs all duties of the PSR-2 and PSR-MOB (medical office building) positions.
Participates in the interview and hiring process for open positions within the department
Monitors productivity and actively contributes to continual process improvements.
Addresses patient issues and concerns (phone; mail and walk-in) in a timely manner; while projecting a professional and caring image.
Handles training and orientation.
Coordinates coverage schedule for staff.
Orders departmental supplies.
Oversees day to day operations of the department.
Participates in the annual review process.
Performs other duties as assigned.
