Are you a designer with a passion for storytelling through space, typography, and visual systems? LS3P is looking for a creative and curious Emerging Professional to join our growing Experiential Graphic Design (EGD) team. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside two senior designers and contribute to a wide range of projects that blend architecture, branding, and user experience.
As part of our team, you'll help design and implement environmental graphics, signage, wayfinding systems, and branded experiences that enhance the built environment. You'll collaborate with architects, interior designers, urban planners, and clients to bring spaces to life-visually and emotionally.
This position can be based out of either our Greenville, SC or Asheville, NC offices.
What You'll Do:
Collaborate with architects, interior designers, urban planners, and clients to develop wayfinding systems, interior and exterior signage, and branded environments that turn spaces into places. Support concept development through mood boards, sketches, and digital renderings. Assist in the design and documentation of experiential graphics from concept through installation. Create compelling visual presentations, design mockups, and production-ready artwork. (Prior production knowledge is not mandatory, but a willingness to learn is crucial) Support research, material sourcing, and vendor coordination. Learn and grow within a collaborative studio environment that values mentorship and design excellence. What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in graphic design, experiential design, architecture, or a related field. A strong portfolio that demonstrates your eye for design, typography, layout, and spatial thinking. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator (InDesign and Photoshop are also important). A foundational understanding of design principles and a desire to learn more about experiential graphic design. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit. Interest in placemaking, storytelling, and the intersection of design and the built environment. Bonus Points For:
Experience with architectural drawing sets, signage documentation, production and/or installation. Familiarity with 3D modeling software (SketchUp, Rhino, Revit, etc.). Life at LS3P
