Senior Art Director, Global Brand Creative
We're looking for a boundary-pushing creative who thrives on crafting compelling visual stories and experiences. As a
Senior Art Director - Evergreen , you'll bring a digital-first mindset and a passion for the outdoors to help shape the visual identity of our core product categories. You're a hands-on creative with a strong portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, art direction, and design execution across multiple platforms.
This role sits within the Global Brand Creative team and reports to the Senior Manager, Design Director - Evergreen.
How You Will Make a Difference
Key Responsibilities:
Create and execute compelling visual concepts
for evergreen and seasonal campaigns that reflect the brand's heritage, innovation, and connection to exploration. Develop global brand guidelines
and design systems that scale across regions and channels. Collaborate with Global Brand Marketing
and channel partners to ensure alignment on creative strategies and storytelling. Craft product-driven narratives
that highlight our franchise and ICON product, with a focus on photo art direction and product marketing. Design with a digital-first mindset , optimizing creative for e-commerce, paid media, social platforms, and other digital channels. Partner with external agencies and vendors , providing clear briefs and feedback to ensure creative output meets brand standards. Stay current on design trends and technologies , bringing fresh thinking and innovation to the team. What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in art direction or visual design, preferably within a global brand or creative agency. Strong conceptual and executional skills across digital, print, and environmental design. Experience working on integrated campaigns and brand storytelling. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools (AI tools a plus). Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for the outdoor industry and an understanding of the consumer mindset.

Hiring Range: $95,040.00 USD - $118,800.00 USD annually
Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential.
