MUST: Experienced Cost/Pricing Analyst Active TS/SCI Clearance 5+ Years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD), Intelligence Community (IC), or industry experience 1+ Years of experience in a Special Access Program (SAP) or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) environment within the past five years Advanced understanding of pricing principles, cost analysis techniques, and CAS regulations, with experience in complex and sensitive contracting environments. Proficiency in Federal, DoD, and Air Force pricing regulations and contracting policies, ensuring compliance and best practices in cost and pricing evaluations. Bachelors Degree
DUTIES: Provide expert guidance to procurement personnel, offering practical advice and technical insights on resolving a range of complex cost and pricing issues. Conduct comprehensive reviews of contract price proposals to assess compliance with laws, regulations, and Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), ensuring proposals meet standards of reasonableness, accuracy, and completeness. Serve as the primary cost/price analyst for complex or sensitive contracts, conducting in-depth evaluations to determine appropriate pricing strategies and cost objectives. Collaborate with Contracting Officers to establish sound cost objectives, applying expert knowledge of Federal, DoD, and Air Force pricing policies to ensure aligned and efficient cost management.
