Job Description

Develop and manage preconstruction budgets, schedules, and project scopes for retail construction projects. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to evaluate project feasibility and cost-effectiveness. Review and analyze construction documents to identify potential risks and opportunities. Provide value engineering recommendations to optimize project outcomes. Work closely with the project management team to ensure seamless transitions from preconstruction to construction phases. Coordinate bid packages and negotiate contracts with subcontractors. Maintain open communication with stakeholders to align on project expectations and deliverables. Monitor and report on preconstruction progress to senior leadership. The Successful Applicant

Minimum required - bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum required - Ten (10) years estimating experience. A strong understanding of preconstruction processes and retail construction projects. Proficiency in analyzing construction documents, budgets, and schedules. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to work effectively with various stakeholders. A collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of construction software and tools to streamline preconstruction activities. What's on Offer
