Salary Range $55000.00 - $65000.00 Salary
Description
Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule all client meetings and document signings (virtual and in-person) for busy practice group. Manage internal calendars for attorneys and assist with docket control Communicate with clients regarding appointment reminders, documentation needs, and general inquiries Prepare client folders and signature packets for meetings Track outgoing and incoming documents (e.g., estate plans, originals, trust funding letters) Liaise with notaries and witnesses to facilitate smooth execution of documents Maintain and update CRM or case management software with client status Monitor and follow up on outstanding information or forms needed from clients Coordinate with Legal Assistants and Attorneys to ensure timely delivery of final documents Assist with light administrative tasks including mailings, scanning, and organizing client records Qualifications
Qualifications:
3+ years in administrative support, ideally in a legal, financial services, or client-facing professional services setting Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills Professional demeanor with strong client service orientation Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM or practice management systems (experience with Actionstep, Clio, or equivalent a plus)
