Senior Data Analyst

ADM is seeking a highly motivated, self-directed, and experienced individual to fill the role of a Senior Data Analyst. This position will work with our client in Arlington, Virginia.
Responsibilities
Create programs, methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data. Collect data from disparate sources. Assess complex data systems and programs to support ad-hoc and management or customer requests. Validate data for completeness and accuracy based on stakeholder guidelines. Interface with data end-users and the data management team to ensure systems meet business needs. Develop and execute queries or reports to retrieve data. Approve or establish user access to data systems. Handle complex issues with a high degree of latitude. Provide guidance and develop policies to ensure compliance with regulations. Lead analytical projects from concept to delivery, including data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting. Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and data models. Maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI. Clean, validate, and transform large datasets; perform statistical analysis, trend identification, forecasting, and predictive modeling. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support enterprise data initiatives. Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support data governance, quality, and metadata initiatives. Qualifications
Secret Clearance required. Master's degree in finance, Data Analytics, Economics, or Statistics. Minimum of 10 years of experience in data statistics, economics, finance, or DoD-related analytics. PMP certification preferred. Familiarity with systems such as Army Stationing and Installation Plan (ASIP), SMS BUILDER, ECONPACK, eMH, ePRISMS, HQIIS, ISR, RPLANS.
