WHAT YOU'LL DO
Right product. Right place. Right time. Our agile, efficient, committed Supply Chain team brings to life innovative solutions. In this role, you'll enable our success by focusing on executing the Sourcing team operating plan through specific projects, supplier management, and leading your category space to support strategic sourcing recommendations and communication.
Reports to: Senior Manager, Procurement
Direct Reports: N/A
Location: Onsite at our Preston, WA office at least 3 days a week
*While we strive to offer flexibility, this role also requires it. There may be times when you're expected to come onsite outside your typical in-office days to support special projects, team events, or other business needs.
Annual Bonus Potential: 7% - Eligibility is based on the company hitting annual financial targets.
Hourly Rate: $30.00 - $37.00
Note : New hires typically receive between minimum and midpoint, however, we may go slightly higher based on experience, internal equity and market. Research market data trends across ingredients and packaging and report on a monthly basis. Identify areas of risk and opportunities to support the Sourcing Team on strategies and decisions. Lead RFP's on certain items and support development and coordination of team's RFIs and RFPs as needed. Run cost analysis exercises as needed to understand market position, deliver cost savings and avoidance, and recommend risk mitigation solutions. Manage and build supplier relationships including resolution on escalated issues, supplier performance, and transparency while establishing yourself as a primary business contact for key suppliers. Research and interact with vendors to ensure that supplies are of acceptable quality, competitively priced, and delivered timely. Solution-driven approach to navigating issues. Identify gaps in process and recommend strategic solutions to solve. Optimize Sourcing procedures to attain maximum efficiency Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times, notifying immediate manager of any food safety and/or quality issues. Complete other responsibilities as assigned. Onsite responsibilities of this position include:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted. 1-3 years of Procurement or Sourcing experience or equivalent experience preferred. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. Power BI experience preferred. Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends for special assignments. Rain Makers
