Work with stakeholders in departments such as HR, Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Shipping to document current forms and workflows, including the number of users, integrations, dependencies, and automations. Documentation:
Create Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and clearly document requirements and use cases to be used by the project team. Migration Coordination:
Collaborate with the Project Manager, Developers, and Quality Assurance to deliver the PowerApps and Power Automate solutions. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
Work with the business through UAT to ensure the delivered solutions meet business needs. General BA Core Responsibilities
Strategy:
Identify opportunities to redesign and automate business processes to achieve better business results. Execution:
Serve as a liaison between divisions/functions and IT on projects and enhancements.
• Conduct requirements gathering and translate high-level business requirements into functional specifications. • Create and maintain documentation for business processes, requirements, and functional specifications. • Support the creation and coordination of test plans, working with the QA/Testing team and end users. • Communicate systems and procedural changes to end users through excellent written and oral communications.

Identify and document all applications currently running in the environment to determine what is in scope for migration and what will be out of scope. Communication & Coordination:
Work with the Project Manager to coordinate downtimes, communicate timelines, and provide adequate communications to the business units being migrated. Migration Support:
Collaborate with Engineers during the change control process and migration, and with Quality Assurance Analysts to confirm successful data migration and user access. Decommissioning:
Monitor and verify progress throughout the server decommissioning process. General BA Core Responsibilities
