RESPONSIBILITIES: Stand-by Assistance Bathing, Dressing, and Personal Care Medication Reminders Transfers and Mobility Help Light Housekeeping Meal Preparation
REQUIREMENTS: • A heart to help others • Excellent communication, punctuality & reliability • Positive, professional attitude • Physically able to perform duties • Reliable transportation • Active AZ Driver's License & Vehicle Insurance • Ability to obtain (prior to start): - Negative TB Test - CPR/First Aid Certification - Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
