We are seeking a compassionate, licensed
Behavioral Health Therapist
to join our multidisciplinary teams. This role involves providing individual, group, and family therapy to adults, youth, and families experiencing a range of behavioral and mental health challenges. The ideal candidate is dedicated to promoting wellness, resilience, and recovery through evidence-based practices and a trauma-informed approach.
In a typical week,
you will:
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide culturally responsive therapy services to individuals, youth, and families experiencing severe or chronic mental illness. Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Collaborate with internal teams, medical providers, case managers, and community resources to ensure coordinated care. Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency and licensing requirements. Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development. Respond to crises and provide crisis risk assessments as needed. You will thrive in this position

To be considered for the Clinician position , you are required to have a master's degree in social work, Counseling, or areas approved by the North Dakota Board of Counseling Examiners and ND licensure as an LCSW or LPCC.
OR master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy AND licensure as LMFT by the ND Board of Marriage and Family Therapy OR a master's degree in social work, Counseling, or Psychology with eligibility for licensure as LMFT by the ND Board of Marriage and Family Therapy. OR a Doctorate in Psychology and ND licensure as a psychologist by the ND Board of Psychologist Examiners. We will consider filling this position as a
Human Relations Counselor
at a reduced rate.
Human Relations Counselors must have master's degrees in counseling and LAPC licensure, as well as be within two years of LPCC licensure. Details regarding licensure status and the number of training hours already obtained must be submitted with the application.
OR a master's degree in social work and LMSW licensure OR a master's degree in Counseling and LPC licensure This position requires a valid driver's license and successful completion of the assigned defensive driving course during new-hire orientation.
