What you will be doing: Delegates and monitors work orders to ensure on-time shipments Acts as a liaison between staff and management including, but not limited to, relaying information to staff and reporting processes/incidents to management Ensures staff has necessary and up-to-date training Emphasizes quality over quantity when processing any inbound and outbound inventory by utilizing quality control checks Receives inventory into the Company systems in a timely manner to expedite the shipment of new materials received Requirements: High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency Minimum 2 to 3 years of related experience and/or training Experience using a forklift PC literate to include experience with Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word, and Excel Experience with SAP software Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual Ability to write routine reports and correspondence Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed.
