Data Entry Specialist

to join our team at a leading utilities company. This fully remote position plays a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records that support our operations and customer service efforts. While the role is remote, candidates must be based in the

DallasFort Worth metroplex

to attend occasional in-person meetings or training sessions. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy Perform regular audits to ensure data integrity Collaborate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information Generate reports and summaries as needed Assist with administrative tasks related to data management Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred Proven experience in data entry or administrative support Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Must reside in the DallasFort Worth metroplex
