General Description:

We are looking for a responsible, friendly, and self-motivated

Part-Time Sales Associate

to join our boutique team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, takes initiative, and provides excellent customer service. As a keyholder and often the sole team member on shift, you will be entrusted with ensuring the store operates smoothly and represents our brand with professionalism and warmth.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Greet and assist customers in a warm, engaging, and knowledgeable manner Provide personalized shopping experiences and product recommendations Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system Open and/or close the store independently, following all safety and security protocols Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Restock merchandise and ensure proper product placement Monitor inventory levels and communicate low stock or customer requests to the manager Handle occasional returns, exchanges, and basic customer concerns Ensure adherence to company loss prevention policies and procedures to safeguard merchandise, cash, and company assets Follow all store policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications:

Must be available nights and weekends Prior retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required Comfortable working alone and making decisions independently Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills Basic math and computer skills (POS experience a plus) Must be at least 16 years old Additional Details:

Typical shifts may include evenings and weekends Must be able to lift to 20 lbs and be on your feet for extended periods Flexible scheduling available; ideal for students or those seeking supplemental income
