Advance Services is accepting resumes for a seed lab position located in Ames, IA. Key Responsibilities: - Analyze PCR results from genotyping experiments - Report findings to colleagues to support breeding programs - Maintain close communication with internal customers to address their needs - Assist with various lab tasks as needed (e.g., seed plating, consumables management) -Adhere to ergonomic and lab safety protocols
Required Skills: - Strong data analysis and interpretation skills - Proficiency in PCR and genotyping techniques - Excellent communication and reporting abilities - Ability to work collaboratively in a lab environment - Flexibility to assist with diverse lab tasks - Commitment to safety and ergonomic practices Bachelor's degree Lab exp. Required Able to lift 50 lbs. Monday to Friday. Pay is $18 an hour.
