Job Title: IT Project Manager Location: 1211 Ave Americas, NY Duration: 6 Months contract

Description: The services You will provide the Client project team: As an IT Project Manager Contractor, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Coordinate meetings and ensure stakeholder alignment. Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies. Monitor progress and provide regular status updates. Ensure timely, within-scope, and budget-compliant project delivery Providing management of the Implementation phase of project for a Media and Broadcast client. This position manages overall implementation project schedules, maintains installation excellence within financial and schedule goals and satisfies the day-to-day client interface for a local NY project. This role is the interface between a Client engineering team and a 3rd party installation crews responsible for racking and stacking equipment and cabling to a patch schedule within the broadcast environment.

Key roles include:

Create detailed implementation estimates for services/materials in support of proposal efforts. Develop hardware and material requirements based on construction release documents. Develop pre-build and on-site planning and schedule for the project implementation phase. Manage on-site implementation team with all install related tasks. Provides regular client interface while on site. Manage implementation team members vacation/time off requests, advancement, demotion and/or disciplinary action. pprove and/or generate project-hire time sheets on a weekly basis. Generate and publish progress and material requirement reports. Provide documentation markups to Engineering team for publishing as-built documentation.

Required Qualifications

5-7 years in the broadcast/media industry as an Installation Lead or Project Supervisor. Extremely proficient in the implementation of large-scale professional media systems. Highly organized yet able to efficiently accommodate project schedule and other changes. bility to read/interpret all forms of systems documentation including system diagrams, block diagrams, electrical schematics, configuration tables, elevations, floorplans, and run lists. Experienced with contemporary cable and connector types and fabrication methods. ble to explain and demonstrate all applicable installation techniques, procedures, and processes to team members. Familiar with commercial building trades, organization and procedures used and how they relate to the implementation of professional media systems. Excellent collaborative skills and ability to maintain positive work relationships. Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional research and reporting skills. dept with Microsoft Word and Excel and other contemporary tools.

Pay rate: $73-78.78/hr W2
