Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for completion of the following items in addition to those listed in the Job Description (see above) Temporary deviations to the daily work location(s) may occur in order to meet district requirements. Routinely check buildings and equipment to ensure proper maintenance and safety. Inform supervisor of any deficiencies. Be familiar with all materials and equipment used in preventative maintenance of the building and grounds. Properly clean and maintain all areas of responsibility to the level of sanitation and safety that is determined and governed by supervisor and state and federal laws. Must be in good physical health, capable of lifting up to 50lbs, working at various heights, and perform various types of physical labor for an 8 hour shift. Must be able to provide proof of immunization if born on or after 1/1/1957 High School diploma or equivalent (documentation required at time of application). Required to have a valid First Aid card including CPR and training for HIV/AIDS procedures. Successful Washington State Patrol and Federal Bureau of Investigation Fingerprint Clearance.
