It Support Technician
We're looking for an enthusiastic and resourceful IT Support Technician with 1-3 years of experience to join our fast-paced team. This is a hands-on, onsite role supporting 11 different business verticals within a mid to enterprise-level environment. PST; 40 hrs/wk; M-F Remote/Onsite: 100% Onsite in Huntington Beach, CA 1-2 years of experience working within a mid-enterprise level environment If you have a can-do mindset, and you love working in a fast-paced environment, passionate about helping others and are looking to grow APPLY NOW What You'll Do: Handle incoming IT support tickets (30-40/day team-wide) across various business divisions Provide deskside and remote support for Level 1 incidents and requests Troubleshoot and support hardware/software including desktops, laptops, peripherals, telecom equipment, and A/V systems Manage mobile device support (MDM) using platforms like Intune, AirWatch, or similar Perform hardware deployments, lifecycle replacements, and asset management (phones, workstations, TVs, cameras, etc.) Utilize Active Directory (Azure) to manage user accounts, groups, and organizational units Support and manage Office 365 environments Operate within a Windows-based environment, with support for Apple mobile devices (iPhones/iPads) Requirements Qualifications: 1-3 years of IT support experience in a mid-to-enterprise level environment Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on Level 1 technical issues Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems Proficient in Active Directory (Azure) and Office 365 administration Hands-on experience with MDM platforms (Intune, AirWatch, or similar) Familiarity with hardware setup, deployment, and replacement Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
