Responsibilities: Ensures the retention of material and supplies for future use and in support of production and/or engineering. Responsible for the accountability and accuracy of physical records. Provides transportation of material and correspondence within the local Northrop Grumman business environment. Maintains functional records in support of internal and external audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures. Manages, develops, or conducts delivery in accordance with established local business policies, procedures, and public law. Ensures accuracy of delivery information. Ensures: finished goods inventories, non-proprietary government property inventory, transportation, import/export requirements, and customer returns in conjunction with business area personnel. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in supply chain management or a similar role. Professional certification such as APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or CSCA. Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics). Proven experience in a supply chain role, preferably in the same industry. Strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret complex data, understanding of supply chain principles and best practices. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of industry- specific regulations and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
