Receiving Room Representative "lab scanning clerk"
Location:
Onsite - Aliso Viejo, CA
Schedule:
Tuesday-Saturday | 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay:
$23/hour | Temp-to-Hire
Start:
1-2 weeks About the Role
We're hiring a focused, detail-oriented individual to join our lab team. If you enjoy independent, repetitive work (yes, you can wear headphones!) and have strong attention to detail, this could be a great fit. Key Responsibilities
Scan up to 16,000 patient documents daily into our LIMS system Sort, staple, and organize documents Transport documents to nearby buildings (must drive) Handle lab waste disposal and assist with package deliveries Occasionally drive company vehicle to retrieve shipments (up to 25 lbs) Requirements High school diploma Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and auto insurance MS Office proficiency and basic tech troubleshooting Background check required
