About the Role Clinical care in Level III NICU (35 beds) and Special Care Nursery (12 beds) Lead efforts in clinical oversight, QI, and education Develop and implement clinical guidelines and protocols Coordinate with nursing leadership and Mott faculty to align care models Serve as liaison with C.S. Mott Children's Hospital for shared care initiatives Oversee faculty development, onboarding, and NICU operations Optional service opportunities may be available at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor Academic Affiliation Includes a faculty appointment at the University of Michigan, with rank based on experience. Participation in teaching, quality improvement, and statewide collaboration is expected. Ideal Candidates Board-certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Prior experience in NICU leadership or clinical administration preferred Strong interest in QI, systems-based practice, and team development Additional training in healthcare administration, leadership, QI, or Med Ed a plus Note: This position is posted as Clinical Instructor/Clinical Assistant Professor/Clinical Associate Professor/Clinical Professor.
