Remedy Staffing is seeking a skilled Fabrication Technician for a well-established manufacturer in the Erie area.
This position involves a variety of tasks related to metal fabrication, layout, and final assembly in an industrial environment. We're looking for a dependable candidate who thrives in a hands-on setting and takes pride in precision work.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, shears, punches, and presses Measure, cut, drill, and prepare materials according to blueprints and technical drawings Perform layout, fitting, grinding, and final assembly tasks Work independently and as part of a team to meet production goals Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures Qualifications:
Prior experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or industrial assembly preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, or work orders Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Comfortable with basic hand and power tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods High school diploma or GED required Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 1st shift Occasional overtime as needed Compensation:
