Description Ensure applications are available continuously. Respond to application downtime reports. Understand application architecture and maintain recovery procedures. Maintain monitoring systems and update patches. Follow incident management procedures to resolve production incidents. Collaborate with various teams to maintain application availability. Demonstrate critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities Ensure continuous application availability. Triage and resolve production incidents. Maintain documentation and recovery procedures. Collaborate with teams to facilitate application uptime. Use analytical skills to debug and solve technical issues.
Qualifications 5+ years of experience with application development/support. Proficient in writing queries in SQL and other databases. Experience with container technologies. Ability to investigate applications on various server environments. Experience with monitoring tools for issue investigation. Ability to read and interpret log files for troubleshooting. Basic understanding of load balancing and HTTP concepts.
