Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions. Collaborate with architects, analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Implement and optimize case management, service console, and omni-channel routing in Service Cloud. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, connectors, and middleware. Ensure code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to best practices. Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Salesforce Service Cloud platform. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. Stay current with Salesforce Service Cloud innovations and recommend enhancements. Support deployment and release management processes. Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components. Service Cloud: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Service Cloud (Case Management, Omni-Channel, Service Console). Certifications: Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Platform Developer I/II certifications preferred. Consulting: Recent professional consulting experience. AI: Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to enhance customer support, case routing, and service automation. AI Knowledge: Strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Problem-Solving: Creative and analytical thinker with strong troubleshooting skills. Industry Knowledge: Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Manufacturing is a plus. Education: Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $64,974 to $148,880. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
