We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Merchandising team as a Merchandise Systems Coordinator. This position will report to the Associate Manager, Business Intelligence, and will work cross functionally with merchandising, IT, analytics, and promotions teams, acting as a liaison between our field and store employees and our corporate merchandising team. They also have responsibilities for the upkeep of our allocation systems. What You'll Do | Key Accountabilities:

Merchandise liaison with Distribution Center & IT and subject matter experts in WMOS, TMS and Universe. Troubleshoot all issues. Maintain educational materials and conduct training sessions. Partner with company ticket and trims vendor to provide supplier feedback and product development needs. Partner with promotions coordinators and IT team to ensure promotional engine is working as expected. Own all enhancements and test all POS promotional changes before store POS manifest rollouts. Coordinate all merchandising special projects as needed. Responsible for maintenance of allocation systems Skills/Abilities/Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree Analyst experience strongly preferred Merchandising background a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications required; strong ability in Microsoft Excel and database applications preferred Microstrategy reporting ability preferred Ability to dive into the details and keep systems in sync. Passion for process changes to drive efficiency! Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis. Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment. Hours regularly 40 hours per week.
