This position may be filled in any of our office locations. We are also willing to consider fully remote candidates. Extensive leasing experience is required. Retail leasing lease experience is preferred. The candidate must demonstrate responsiveness to business unit needs, commitment to their professional development and be able to work independently without supervision.
Successful candidates must be detail-oriented, should possess a solid work ethic and work well under pressure for this deadline oriented, high-volume practice. Strong organizational skills are also required. All candidates must be licensed in their home jurisdiction or must be eligible for admission without examination.
The salary range for this position at the time of posting is $160,000 - $210,000 annually, based upon a full-time work schedule. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition, Clark Hill offers employees the ability to participate in health insurance with optional HSA/FSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, 401K, vacation, sick time, parking/public transportation allowance, and an employee assistance program.
