Position Summary

REPORTS TO:

Vice President/Chief Development Officer, Saint Anthony Hospital Foundation

POSITION STATUS:

Full-time

WORK LOCATION:

Primarily at the Foundation offices with the opportunity to work remotely one day per week.

The Manager of Individual Giving and Stewardship will build and manage a solid individual giving program, including annual fund initiatives. The person in this role will develop and implement strategies to advance donor communications, stewardship, and cultivation efforts, including limited “friend” raiser events. The Manager will interact with an array of external stakeholders to help maintain collaborative relationships. They will also manage donation data and the gift acknowledgment processes for all donors ensuring that they receive timely and accurate communications

Principle Responsibilities

Lead development and implementation of new ideas for growing the individual giving program, including the annual fund

Oversee the creative planning, management, and execution of special projects

Work directly with the Vice President/Chief Development Officer to incorporate corporate giving into the annual fund program

Arrange, conduct and/or coordinate face-to-face meetings with donors

Conduct analysis of annual fund giving data to facilitate growth

Identify individual and corporate annual fund prospects and conduct research necessary to determine donor interest and giving potential

Advance special stewardship opportunities for individual and institutional donors

Creates uniquely tailored stewardship documents

Performs other duties as assigned

Experience And Skills

Bachelor’s Degree

Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Relevant Fundraising Experience

Exceptional donor-centric communication skills

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and achieve objectives

Utilize Raiser’s Edge to maintain appropriate donor data

Outstanding analytical, creative, and strategic thinking skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional people skills, strong organizational skills, attention to detail

Excellent user of office technology and information systems (including Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, PowerPoint) and donor databases, preferably Raiser’s Edge

Self-directed with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

SALARY RANGE

$70K - $80K
